2000 – 2002: Postdoctoral Fellow, Nanjing Forestry University, Nanjing China

Research Interests:

Chemical Ecology; Mechanisms in Insect Olfaction.

Our works focus on insect chemical communication in the ecology systems and insect olfactory systems, specifically its molecular mechanisms and metabolic basis of responses to semiochemicals (plant volatiles and insect pheromones) by insects. The aim of our group is to dissect signaling pathways leading to insect olfaction fundamental to plant-insect interactions, and to develop monitoring and control technologies based on semiochemicals for insect pest.
