Aug. 2004  Present: A professor and researcher in Molecular Entomology and IPM of Insect Pests, especially Exotic Invasive Species, Horticultural and Stored Product Insect in Huazhong Agricultural University;

      PI of State Key Laboratory of Agricultural Microbiology; PI of Key Laboratory of Horticultural Plant Biology (MOE); Head of Institute of Urban and Horticultural Entomologyand has a track record of development of international collaboration with US, German, Italy, New Zealand, Switzerland and so on; has supervised research staff, Post-Doctoral Research Fellows and PhD students including 7 international PhD students.
