1、统计基因组学

主要从事海量组学数据的遗传分析方法学研究,代表性工作有:

2、基因分子进化与比较基因组学

目前,主要从事作物基因组变异与复杂性状形成的分子进化机制研究。代表性论文:基因组变异与豆科植物根瘤固氮(MBE 2013,影响因子:14.308;J Proteome Res 2018, 17 (9), 3061–3074,封面论文)、禾本科植物高淀粉含量(MBE 2012,影响因子:10.353)、太湖猪高产仔数(Proceedings B 2017,影响因子:5.611)、大豆高蛋白质含量和油菜高油份含量(BMC Plant Biology 2018)的分子进化机制研究。

 

3、大豆驯化性状的遗传基础

根据大豆简化基因组测序数据,研究了大豆基因组驯化区域,并检测了大豆驯化性状开花时间、种子大小与形状和油份含量的QTNs和候选基因,论文在TAG、Sci Rep和Mol Breeding等上发表论文,其中论文Mol Breeding (2013) 31:785-794为前3%高引用论文,Sci Rep (2015) 5: 9350被引用36次。

1、华中农业大学植物科技学院教授,主要从事数量遗传学理论与应用研究、作物分子进化研究;

2、南京农业大学农学院作物遗传育种专业,历任副教授(1999.11)和教授(2002.04),从事统计基因组学、基因分子进化和大豆遗传学研究工作;其中,2003.01~2005.01年在美国加州大学Riverside分校做统计遗传与基因组学博士后;

3、西南大学荣昌分校,历任见习助教、助教(1987.12)、讲师(1992.12)、副教授(1995.12);从事生物统计学教学及其应用研究工作。
