个人简介
靳德明,男,1959年1月出生,教授,博士生导师。研究方向:水稻遗传育种及生物技术和栽培生理。早期主要从事作物杂种优势利用研究,其中关于光敏核不育水稻及两系杂交稻的研究成果获多项奖励。曾在英国诺丁汉大学生命科学系(1993-94)、西班牙巴伦西亚大学药学院植物学系(1994-95)、美国Scripps研究所国际热带农业生物技术实验室(1996)、马来西亚农业研究发展局(MARDI)槟城试验站(2009-2011)、美国华盛顿州立大学(2017)开展合作研究。合作研究课题包括:将贮藏蛋白质基因、抗白叶枯病基因导入水稻以及转基因植株中外源基因及其表达的分子检测,液氮冷藏植物细胞及其组织培养后代植株的组织化学和细胞学研究、作物抗旱性全基因组关联分析等。在华中农业大学作物遗传改良国家重点实验室参加了植物转基因(抗叶片衰老基因、转座子标签)、杂交水稻强弱势颖花异步灌浆结实特性及其生理机制研究(博士学位课题)、水稻抗旱性遗传改良及分子机理和水稻节水栽培技术等研究、以及稻米品质遗传改良和优质稻选育等。在国内外发表论著40余篇(部)。

 

科研项目
曾先后主持或参加国家科技攻关、国家“863”、国家自然科学基金、国家博士点基金、省自然科学基金,国家重点研发计划项目等,承担美国洛氏基金水稻抗旱性遗传改良项目、美国先锋公司(PIONEER)、马来西亚农业研究发展局(MARDI)适宜热带亚热带杂交稻选育等国际合作研究项目。目前主要从事水稻种质创新与远缘杂种优势利用、水稻抗旱性和稻米品质遗传改良、以及水稻节水抗旱栽培研究,承担国家重点研发计划子课题水稻季节性干旱防灾减损技术集成创新等科研项目。

 

发明专利及获奖情况

先后获得1986年湖北省科技进步特等奖(本校第4完成人)、1997年国家教委科技成果三等奖(第2完成人)、1999年国家自然科学三等奖(第四专题完成人之一)等。
