个人简介

 

陈小林:男,博士,副教授,博士生导师。华中农业大学植物科学技术学院植物病理教研室从事教学和科研工作,主讲本科生《分子植物病理学》。长期从事稻瘟病研究工作,中国植物保护学会青年委员会委员。在Plant CellNew PhytolPLOS PathogPLOS GenetACS Appl Mater InterfacesEnviron MicrobiolMol Plant PatholFront MicrobiolFront Plant Sci等期刊发表论文23篇,先后主持国家自然科学基金三项。

研究内容

以稻瘟菌-水稻作为模式系统,进行真菌致病分子机制,水稻抗分子机制,以及病原真菌-植物互作分子机制研究。结合正向遗传学和反向遗传学策略,以解析致病过程调控机制为目的,综合运用功能基因组学,分子遗传学,分子细胞生物学,修饰蛋白组学,生物信息学大数据分析等手段进行研究。研究成果可为其它非模式病原真菌和非模式寄主植物提供借鉴,开发新杀菌剂提供候选靶标发现新的真菌病害防控途径,乃至培育抗病品种提供理论依据和应用基础
