1. 2017-2020年,主持国家重点研发计划子课题——长江中下游北部双季稻区水稻品种筛选与模式集成。

2. 2016-2010年,主持国家重点研发计划子课题——湖北双季双直播水稻高产高效的温光配置规律和生理机制研究。

3. 2016-2018年,主持国家自然科学基金——水稻育种进程中气孔密度的变化规律及其与光合作用的关系。
