个人简介

郑露,博士,副教授。2001.09-2005.06. 华中农业大学植物保护专业本科,获农学学士学位;2005.09-2010.06. 华中农业大学植物病理专业博士研究生,获农学博士学位;20107月留校任教。201110月至201210月在加拿大Guelph大学环境生物系Tom Hsiang教授实验室开展博士后研究,主要研究丝状真菌比较基因组。20147月至20159月在中国农业大学植物病理系彭友良教授实验室从事长链非编码RNA功能研究。2018~至今入选华中农业大学“狮山硕彦计划”青年英才岗位。现为中国植物病理学会(CSPP)会员、美国植物病理学会(APS)会员。担任Plant JournalFungal Genetics and BiologyPlant PathologyPlant DiseasePhytopathology Research等近30个杂志审稿人。迄今发表科研论文70余篇,其中以通讯作者或第一作者身份在Environmental MicrobiologyJIPBVirulenceMolecular Plant PathologyMPMI等期刊上发表30余篇SCI论文,参与编写教材或专著5部,授权专利7项。现主要研究方向为稻曲病菌致病分子机制及病害防控技术。研究以稻曲菌为研究对象,鉴定和挖掘稻曲菌致病相关蛋白或非编码RNA功能,深入解析其致病分子机理及与水稻的互作机制,通过利用病菌分子靶标、寄主免疫因子等手段控制稻曲病发生。
