个人简介
1992 年考取华中农业大学硕士研究生,师从于傅廷栋院士,在学习期间提前攻读博士学位。1997 年6 月通过博士答辩,获博士学位。毕业后留校任教,主要讲授《生物统计学》和《作物育种学》,并继续从事甘蓝型油菜分子生物学和杂种优势利用的研究。1999年—2000年在加拿大Manitoba 大学分子遗传实验室从事油菜抗病基因表达等方面的分子生物学研究,同时学习生物信息学研究方法。2000年—2001年在DNALandMarks 公司(BASF, Plant Science)从事SNP分析工作。2004 年在瑞典SVALOF WEIBULL AB 实验室完成了隐性细胞核雄性不育抑制基因的定位,同时学习转基因植物安全检测方法。2006 年在加拿大MANITOBA 大学植物科学系合作进行白菜雄性不育基因克隆及BAC文库构建等研究。主要研究方向:油菜杂种优势利用的生物学基础
