You are cordially invited to attend the 15th International Sclerotinia Workshop to be held at the International Academic Exchange Center of Huazhong Agricultural University (IAEC-HZAU), August 20-24, 2013. The Workshop provides a forum to discuss all aspects of Sclerotinia and closely related species; it is a satellite symposium of the10th International Congress of Plant Pathology in Beijing August 25-31, 2013. The 15th International Sclerotinia Workshop is hosted jointly by Huazhong Agricultural University (HZAU) and the Oil Crops Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (OCRI-CAAS).

Registration
Registration is very easy. You just need to return a completed registration formto us. The registration formis shown at the end of this announcement. We will provide registration confirmation and an invoice based on the time the registration is received. You will pay the invoice when you check in for the Workshop. Please see Workshop Registration Fees and Payment. We will provide an invitation letter, if requested, for your administrative approval of travel and visa application.

Registration Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation notice, with an attached copy of your invoice acknowledging your registration submission within 72 hours after receiving your registration form.

Cancellation Policy
The organization committee will prepare this workshop based on expected number of registrations. Cancellation of a registration will be acceptable; however, the committee will appreciate a notification being sent to the Organizing Committee via E-mail to Dr Jiatao Xie (jiataoxie@mail.hzau.edu.cn) before August 5, 2013.

Workshop venue
All workshop sessions will be held on the picturesquecampus of Huazhong Agricultural University in Wuhan, Hubei Province, P. R. China. Daily sessions will consist of oral and poster presentations beginning on August 21, and ending in the morning of August 24, with a possible special session on Sclerotinia homoeocarpa in the afternoon of August 24.
